AWAYO is a brand focused on travel advisory, curation, orientation, conceptual planning and travel design services.
As of the date of these terms, AWAYO is not presented as a licensed travel agency or tour operator. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the future, the website should not be interpreted as a travel agency offer under the specific regulations applicable to travel agencies.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or application will be submitted to the competent ordinary courts of Santiago del Estero, without prejudice to any rights that may correspond to consumers and users under applicable regulations.
