Services offered under the AWAYO brand are provided by Francisco Javier Donzelli, CUIT 20-33693108-9, with registered address in Santiago del Estero, Argentina, hereinafter referred to as “AWAYO”.

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of awayoexplora.com, its content, forms, digital services and related channels.

Travellers are also responsible for reviewing their personal documentation, complying with applicable immigration, health and administrative requirements and communicating any circumstances that may materially affect the journey.

For mountain, nature and adventure experiences, travellers must also follow the instructions of the guides and professionals responsible for the activity.

Texts, guides, Travel Roadmaps, itineraries, photographs, concepts, designs, documents and other content created by AWAYO are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchase or delivery of such material grants personal use within the context of the contracted service.

Commercial reproduction, publication, distribution or resale requires prior authorisation from AWAYO.

AWAYO may update these terms when its services, operations, website or applicable regulations change.

The relationship between AWAYO and its users or clients is governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina and, where applicable, mandatory consumer protection regulations.
