AWAYO general service conditions

The services offered under the AWAYO brand are provided by Francisco Javier Donzelli, CUIT 20-33693108-9, with registered address at Soler 69, CP 4200, Santiago del Estero, Capital, Argentina, hereinafter “AWAYO”.

AWAYO provides travel advisory, curation, orientation, conceptual planning and personalized travel design services.

As of the date of these conditions, AWAYO is not presented as a licensed travel agency or tour operator and does not directly provide regulated tourism services such as transportation, accommodation, excursions or travel packages, unless expressly stated otherwise in the future.

• Strategic Interview + Travel Roadmap, as an initial personalized orientation service, followed by a personalized Travel Roadmap PDF deliverable.
• Signature Departures, group trips with fixed dates and a defined number of spots, designed and accompanied by AWAYO.
• Personalized Design of a trip, as a deeper and more developed stage.
• Special or premium accompaniment services, when expressly offered.

The Strategic Interview + Travel Roadmap is AWAYO’s initial personalized orientation service. It consists of a prior review of the client's request, a 60-minute online session, and the subsequent delivery of a personalized Travel Roadmap PDF, designed to organize a travel idea before making important decisions.

• a reading of the client's travel idea;
• recommended travel direction;
• suggested general route;
• suggested distribution of days in each base;
• mobility criteria;
• accommodation criteria;
• what to prioritize and what should be avoided.

The Strategic Interview + Travel Roadmap has a regular price of USD 90 and a launch promotional price of USD 59. The price covers a single trip for one, two or up to three people sharing destination, dates and general route. For groups of four people or more, or with very different needs among them, AWAYO will assess the scope and send a specific quote.

The Travel Roadmap is sent by email within five (5) business days after the interview.

• exhaustive research of hotels or flights;
• price and availability comparisons;
• full quotes;
• organized activities;
• bookings or ticket issuing;
• hiring or managing suppliers;
• unlimited revisions or later rework;
• support during the trip.

Signature Departures are small-group trips with limited spots, designed and accompanied by AWAYO from start to finish: fixed dates, a small group, previous preparation and an admission process before confirming a spot.

Each Signature Departure has its own technical sheet, with its own scope, price, conditions and admission process, published on that departure's dedicated page.

Personalized Design of a trip is a deeper stage that may be hired independently or after the Strategic Interview and its Travel Roadmap. It consists of turning an intention or initial direction into a more complete, coherent and better resolved travel proposal.

The price of the Personalized Design will be defined case by case, according to scope, depth, trip duration, number of travelers, complexity and level of development requested.

If the client hires a Personalized Design within 30 days of the Travel Roadmap's delivery, AWAYO will discount the amount paid for the Strategic Interview + Travel Roadmap from the new service.

AWAYO may offer, in particular cases, special accompaniment services before or during the trip. In such cases, the exact scope, limits, hours, modality, responsibilities and exclusions must be stated in writing before hiring.

The client may request a free reschedule of the Strategic Interview by notifying AWAYO at least 72 hours in advance of the agreed date and time. Reschedules requested with less notice, and unconfirmed absences, are subject to these Terms of Service and may not be reschedulable or refundable.

If AWAYO needs to cancel an already confirmed interview, the client may choose a new date or request a refund of the amount paid.

The price, currency, payment method, deposits, balance and payment timing of each service will be informed in the commercial proposal, on the site, or in specific conditions sent to the client. The Strategic Interview + Travel Roadmap can be paid in Argentine pesos at the exchange rate informed at the time of payment, by bank transfer, Mercado Pago, or international card via Astropay or PayPal. AWAYO issues the corresponding receipt for each payment.

The Strategic Interview + Travel Roadmap, once the session has taken place, is not refundable, except for cancellation by AWAYO under the terms of the previous clause. Signature Departures require a deposit to confirm a spot; cancellation and refund conditions for each departure are stated on that departure's dedicated page. In Personalized Design or accompaniment services, a partial refund may be evaluated only if the work has not advanced significantly. In all cases, cancellations and refunds are governed by these Terms of Service and by the regulations applicable to distance contracting.

AWAYO is responsible for the diligent provision of its own advisory, planning, curation and design services. It will not be responsible for final decisions made by the client, third-party breaches or modifications, external cancellations, insufficient documentation, migration denials, medical issues, absence of adequate insurance or force majeure events.
