AWAYO general service conditions

The services offered under the AWAYO brand are provided by Francisco Javier Donzelli, CUIT 20-33693108-9, with registered address at Soler 69, CP 4200, Santiago del Estero, Capital, Argentina, hereinafter “AWAYO”.

AWAYO provides travel advisory, curation, orientation, conceptual planning and personalized travel design services.

As of the date of these conditions, AWAYO is not presented as a licensed travel agency or tour operator and does not directly provide regulated tourism services such as transportation, accommodation, excursions or travel packages, unless expressly stated otherwise in the future.

• AWAYO Travel Roadmap, as an entry-level personalized orientation product.
• Travel guides or curated destination guides.
• Personalized travel design, as a deeper and more developed stage.
• Special or premium accompaniment services, when expressly offered.

The AWAYO Travel Roadmap is the brand’s entry-level product. It consists of a 45 to 60-minute online interview and a later brief PDF synthesis, designed to organize a travel idea before making important decisions.

• suggested overall direction for the trip;
• possible areas or places to consider;
• recommended rhythm and next steps.

The AWAYO Travel Roadmap has an initial base price of USD 60. This value corresponds to a first personalized orientation and does not equal full operational travel design.

• later follow-up;
• support during the trip;
• full operational planning.

Travel guides or curated guides are orientational, editorial and practical materials, prepared according to AWAYO’s own criteria and selection. As an initial reference, AWAYO may offer digital guides from USD 25, unless later commercial changes apply.

Personalized travel design is a deeper stage that may be hired independently or after an AWAYO Travel Roadmap. It consists of turning an intention or initial direction into a more complete, coherent and better resolved travel proposal.

The price of personalized travel design will be defined case by case, according to scope, depth, trip duration, number of travelers, complexity and level of development requested.

AWAYO may offer, in particular cases, special accompaniment services before or during the trip. In such cases, the exact scope, limits, hours, modality, responsibilities and exclusions must be stated in writing before hiring.

The price, currency, payment method, deposits, balance and payment timing of each service will be informed in the commercial proposal or specific conditions sent to the client.

The AWAYO Travel Roadmap, once booked, started or once the interview has been provided, will not be refundable, unless AWAYO expressly decides otherwise. Travel guides will not be refundable once delivered. In personalized travel design or accompaniment services, a partial refund may be evaluated only if the work has not advanced significantly.

AWAYO is responsible for the diligent provision of its own advisory, planning, curation and design services. It will not be responsible for final decisions made by the client, third-party breaches or modifications, external cancellations, insufficient documentation, migration denials, medical issues, absence of adequate insurance or force majeure events.
