AWAYO is a travel design brand. We help turn a travel intention — sometimes clear, sometimes still undefined — into a concrete, coherent and possible proposal. We work through listening, curation, rhythm and applied travel judgment.

AWAYO does not operate as a traditional package-based travel agency. Our focus is the strategic interview, personalized orientation, curation and, when needed, full travel design. We can guide, recommend and organize decisions, but the exact scope depends on the service hired.

It means we do not start from a fixed list of packages. We start from the traveler, their moment, the kind of experience they want to live, their budget, available time and the rhythm that makes sense. From there, we build a proposal with a clear point of view.

It includes a prior review of your request, a 60-minute 1:1 online interview, follow-up analysis of the trip, and a personalised Travel Roadmap PDF with a recommended direction, general route and decision criteria.

The regular price is USD 90. During the launch period it is offered at USD 59. The price covers a single trip for one, two or up to three people sharing destination, dates and general route.

A personalised Travel Roadmap PDF that brings together: a reading of your travel idea, the recommended direction and route, the distribution of days, mobility and accommodation criteria, and what to prioritise and what to avoid.

We send it by email within five business days after the interview.

It does not include a detailed day-by-day itinerary, exhaustive research of hotels or flights, price and availability comparisons, full quotes, organised activities, bookings, ticket issuing, supplier management, unlimited revisions or support during the trip.

Yes. In many cases, the value lies precisely there: giving shape to an idea that does not yet have one. The interview helps identify what kind of trip makes sense for your moment, energy, budget and real desire.

Yes. If you hire a Personalized Design within 30 days of delivery, we discount the amount paid for the Strategic Interview + Travel Roadmap.

It is a group trip with limited spots, designed and accompanied by AWAYO: a fixed date, a small group, prior preparation and an admission process before confirming your spot. Since the proposal is already developed, it does not start with an individual Travel Roadmap.

The Strategic Interview is individual and starts from your specific case. Salidas de Autor are group experiences already designed by AWAYO, with a set date and group size.

The Travel Roadmap does not include bookings, ticket issuing or hiring. In a Personalized Design or a Salida de Autor, any additional management must be expressly detailed within the scope and conditions of the service.

The Strategic Interview + Travel Roadmap ends with the delivery of the PDF. Accompaniment during the trip is not included in that service; it can be part of a Personalized Design or a Salida de Autor, depending on the case.

Delivering the Travel Roadmap closes that stage. If you need adjustments, extensions or a deeper development, they are assessed within a Personalized Design.

You can pay in Argentine pesos at the exchange rate informed at the time of payment, by bank transfer, Mercado Pago or international card via Astropay or PayPal. The Strategic Interview is paid before the session.

Yes. The corresponding payment receipt is issued.

Yes, you can request a free reschedule by notifying us at least 72 hours in advance. Changes requested with less notice, and no-shows, are subject to the Terms of Service.

You can choose a new date or request a refund of the amount paid.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Terms of Service and by the regulations applicable to distance contracting.

Yes. The service can be hired from any country, as long as we can coordinate the schedule, the payment method and work properly on the requested destination.

It is online, via Zoom, on the agreed day and time. Once your session is confirmed you receive the access link. If there is a technical difficulty, we can agree on another platform.

For someone looking purely for the lowest price, an immediate closed package, or traditional full-service management without taking part in shaping the trip.
