AWAYO is a travel design and experiences brand. We help turn an intention — sometimes clear and sometimes still undefined — into a concrete, coherent and realistic journey. We work through listening, judgment, selection and design.

We start with the person rather than the destination. We look at what you want to experience, how much time you have, your budget and the rhythm that makes sense for you. From there, we identify the right level of support: a Travel Roadmap, Personalised Travel Design or a Signature Departure.

It means we do not start from a fixed list of packages. We build from the traveller's context and apply our own perspective to routes, rhythm, bases, experiences and priorities. The aim is not to add more. It is to choose better.

It includes a prior review of your request, a 60-minute individual online interview, follow-up analysis and a personalised Travel Roadmap PDF.

The regular rate is USD 90. There is currently a USD 59 launch rate. The same service may cover up to three travellers sharing the same destination, dates and overall route.

A reading of your travel idea, recommended direction, general route, indicative distribution of days and criteria for accommodation, mobility and priorities.

Delivery normally takes place within five working days after the interview.

It is designed to establish the strategic direction of the journey. If you then want a more detailed itinerary, specific accommodation research, transport analysis, experiences, alternatives or coordination, we can continue through Personalised Travel Design.

Yes. That is often precisely where the interview is most valuable: turning an open intention into clearer and more realistic options.

Currently yes, when Personalised Travel Design is booked within 30 days after delivery and according to the commercial conditions then in force.

It is a deeper stage that may include itinerary structure, base selection, accommodation research, mobility, experiences, alternatives and other operational decisions.

No. It is quoted according to destination, duration, number of travellers, required research and complexity.

It is a small-group journey designed and accompanied by AWAYO. Each one has its own date, route, conditions and group dynamic.

No. A Signature Departure already has a developed structure. For certain experiences we conduct an individual interview before confirmation to get to know the traveller, explain the trip and make sure it is a sensible fit for both sides.

When an activity requires specialist expertise, professional qualifications or specific authorisation, we work with guides or specialised professionals responsible for that activity. AWAYO handles travel design, organisation, coordination and hosting according to each departure.

Yes, depending on the service. A Travel Roadmap focuses primarily on direction and selection criteria. Personalised Travel Design and Signature Departures may include research, selection, coordination or work with providers according to the agreed scope.

Where accommodation providers, transport companies, guides, operators or other specialists are involved, each relevant service is delivered by the corresponding provider under the structure communicated for that journey.

It depends on the service. A Travel Roadmap concludes with delivery of the document. Personalised Travel Design may include additional support where specifically agreed. Signature Departures include the accompaniment defined for each experience.

Available payment methods are communicated before booking. They may currently include bank transfer, Mercado Pago and selected international payment platforms.

Yes. The appropriate receipt will be issued.

Yes. Rescheduling is free when requested at least 72 hours in advance.

You may choose another date or request a refund.

Each service has its own conditions. You will be able to review them before booking. Any statutory right of withdrawal, cancellation or refund will apply in accordance with applicable law.
