AWAYO is a travel design brand. We help turn a travel intention — sometimes clear, sometimes still undefined — into a concrete, coherent and possible proposal. We work through listening, curation, rhythm and applied travel judgment.

AWAYO does not operate as a traditional package-based travel agency. Our focus is advisory, curation, conceptual planning, the Travel Roadmap and, when needed, personalized travel design. We can guide, recommend and organize decisions, but the exact scope depends on the service hired.

It means we do not start from a fixed list of packages. We start from the traveler, their moment, the kind of experience they want to live, their budget, available time and the rhythm that makes sense. From there, we build a proposal with a clear point of view.

It includes a 45 to 60-minute online interview, general traveler profile reading, review of intention, dates, duration, approximate budget, interests and travel style, suggested overall direction, possible areas, recommended rhythm, criteria for choosing accommodation, experience ideas, useful alerts, mistakes to avoid and a brief synthesis PDF.

The AWAYO Travel Roadmap costs USD 60. It is an entry-level, limited and concrete product. It does not equal full operational travel design.

You receive a brief 4 to 8-page PDF with a general reading of the trip, traveler intention and profile, recommended direction, possible areas or route, suggested rhythm, criteria for choosing accommodation, transfers and experiences, mistakes to avoid and next steps.

The delivery time is defined according to each case. As an initial operating guideline, we work with an estimated window of 3 to 7 business days after the interview, unless the request requires a more complex reading.

It does not include a day-by-day itinerary, bookings, exhaustive hotel research, quotes, deep flight comparison, third-party management, later follow-up, revisions or support during the trip.

Yes. In many cases, that is precisely where the value lies: giving shape to an idea that is still undefined. The interview helps detect what kind of trip makes sense for your moment, energy, budget and real desire.

They are digital documents with curated information about a destination, route or type of trip. They are not personalized itineraries, but they help understand the territory, choose better, avoid common mistakes and make decisions with more clarity.

The initial base price for each downloadable guide is USD 25.

No. The guide is a general product about a destination or type of trip. The Travel Roadmap starts from an interview and organizes your specific case: dates, rhythm, interests, approximate budget and initial decisions.

No. Guides are purchased directly and do not require a previous interview.

AWAYO can recommend, guide and provide selection criteria. Direct issuing or management of bookings is not automatically included in the base service, unless expressly agreed within a specific scope.

AWAYO Travel Roadmap ends with the delivery of the PDF. Support before or during the trip is not included in the base service, unless specifically agreed.

The Travel Roadmap does not include later revisions. If you need deeper development, adjustments or full planning, it will be evaluated as an additional stage.

Payment conditions are shared before confirming each service. As a general rule, guides are paid before download, and the Travel Roadmap is paid before the interview or before the work begins.

For digital products, once the file or access has been delivered, refunds are not contemplated unless AWAYO defines an exception. For the Travel Roadmap, once the interview has taken place or internal processing has begun, the service is non-refundable.
