Having more information does not guarantee better decisions. The real difficulty is separating what is relevant from what is merely popular, appealing or convenient for someone else.

You do not need to know exactly which destination to choose, how to move around or how many days to spend in each place. If you already had all those answers, you probably would not need a Travel Roadmap. You bring what you know. We cross that information with distances, season, logistics and the real conditions of the destination to recommend where to go from there.

It can be a decided destination, several options, set dates or simply the wish to travel.

During 60 minutes we go deeper into your idea, clear up doubts and identify decisions you may not have considered yet.

We put the trip to the test

We contrast your days, budget and interests with real distances, season and logistics. If something does not work, we explain why and look for a better alternative.

We set the direction

We define which destination or route makes the most sense, how many bases are worth it, how much time to spend in each, how to approach mobility, and what should be left out.

We prepare your Travel Roadmap

After the session we organise the analysis and recommendations into a personalised document so you can move forward with a clear structure.

The content adapts to each traveller. If you haven't chosen a destination yet, some sections will focus on comparing possibilities and recommending a direction.

The destination, region or approach we consider most suitable for you, and the cities, areas or bases that would make sense to combine, and in what order to visit them.

The suggested number of nights in each base so the route has a logical pace.

Mobility and accommodation

Whether it makes sense to rent a vehicle, use trains or combine transport, and which areas make sense to look in for accommodation that fits the route, the budget and the way you travel.

The experiences and places worth your time, the decisions that could complicate the trip, and what should be left out.

What is not included

The Travel Roadmap does not include:

  • A detailed day-by-day itinerary.
  • Exhaustive research of hotels or flights.
  • Price and availability comparisons.
  • Full quotes.
  • Organised activities.
  • Bookings or ticket issuing.
  • Hiring or managing suppliers.
  • Unlimited revisions or later rework.
  • Support during the trip.

It is not the booked trip. It is a recommended structure so you can move forward with clarity, without starting from zero.

Afterwards, you choose how to continue

With the Travel Roadmap you already have a clear structure to organise and book the trip on your own. If you prefer AWAYO to go deeper into the route, research concrete options and develop the trip in more detail, you can continue with a Personalized Design. There is no obligation to move on to another service. If you decide to do so within 30 days of delivery, we discount the amount paid for the Strategic Interview + Travel Roadmap.

It can include a day-by-day or stage-by-stage itinerary, research of concrete options, choice of accommodation, transfers, experiences and alternatives. Scope and price are defined by destination, duration, number of travellers and complexity.

When a trip requires more meetings, adjustments or support during preparation, accompaniment can be included within this proposal.

Small group trips, designed and accompanied by AWAYO. Each trip has its own destination, date, route and conditions. Since the proposal is already developed, it does not start with an individual Travel Roadmap.

What does the Travel Roadmap contain?+

It brings together: a reading of your travel idea, recommended direction and route, distribution of days, mobility and accommodation criteria, and what to prioritise and what to avoid.

What is not included?+

It does not include a detailed day-by-day itinerary, exhaustive research of hotels or flights, price and availability comparisons, full quotes, organised activities, bookings, ticket issuing, supplier management, unlimited revisions or support during the trip.

Can I continue on my own?+

Yes. The Travel Roadmap is designed so you can use it as a base and continue on your own. Hiring a Personalized Design is completely optional.

How is it different from the Personalized Design?+

The Travel Roadmap answers which direction to take, which route works, how many bases make sense and how to distribute the days. The Personalized Design deepens that structure with a more detailed itinerary, research and selection of concrete options.
